What this notice covers

This draft covers the bleib website preview. It does not describe a launched wallet, an agent service, or a live Nudge application. The website does not connect to your calendar, health records, bank, photos, or contacts.

The operator’s identity and contact details must be confirmed in the legal notice before these notices are finalized.

Information used by the preview

• Your browser and the hosting platform exchange request information needed to deliver the site. This can include an IP address, browser information, and the requested address.
• If you submit the early-access preview, the site saves the entered email in local storage in your browser. The preview’s own code does not send that value to a server.
• The website’s own code does not add analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and photographs are served with the site.

The examples are display content. They do not read your real contacts, calendar, or other personal records.

Why information is used

Request information is used by the hosting platform to deliver the website and operate its service. The optional email value demonstrates the early-access interface on your device.

The final controller must confirm the applicable legal bases, hosting arrangements, and any platform retention or international transfer details. No unconfirmed retention period or processing basis is presented here as final.

Storage and removal

The optional email value is stored under bleib-preview-email for the current site address. It stays until you remove it through the preview or clear the browser’s storage. There is no automatic expiry in the current code.

You can remove it in the early-access dialog or on the Cookies & storage page. Removal applies to this browser and this site address. Copies saved at another address, such as a local preview, must be cleared there.

Hosting and external links

The site is delivered through a third-party hosting platform. Platform-level request processing, account sign-in, and any platform cookies are separate from the browser-only email demonstration. Those arrangements need confirmation before public launch.

The reading links open independent websites. Their operators and privacy practices apply when you visit them. Linking to a project does not mean that it is integrated with bleib.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to use the optional email demonstration and can remove the local value at any time. Where data protection law applies, you may also have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability, and a right to complain to a relevant regulator.

Before the product launches

A launched permission layer could involve different information, recipients, integrations, and retention needs. These notices must be reviewed against the actual product before that processing begins. The cryptographic checks and permissions shown on the website are currently illustrations.
